IT Support Administrator
We are excited to be recruiting an IT Support Administrator to work in our growing IT team as we look to improve efficiency across the charity. In The Brilliant Club’s five-year strategy The Path to Outcomes, launched in 2016, we have committed to delivering consistent and reliable outcomes for our pupils. This includes a pledge to support 6,500 pupils from under-represented backgrounds to progress to highly-selective universities by 2021.
The role requires a positive, pro-active and well-organised individual. The role exists to give excellent support across the organisation, primarily assisting the IT Support Officer to ensure software, hardware and network needs are met.
The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of maintaining IT hardware, in particular laptops and mobile phones. Experience with networks or Office 365 administration would be advantageous. The role requires good people skills and the successful candidate will provide front line support to our busy staff members. They will have a positive approach, be comfortable with a range of duties that vary from day-to-day, and be committed to developing their technical skills further.
Working within the Operations Department, they will also handle a significant amount of sensitive data and will help to ensure that appropriate protocols are being followed. We think this is a great opportunity to join The Brilliant Club Team at a time when we are expanding our work across the UK.
