The Brilliant Club has this week made the final shortlist for two awards; the Student Social Mobility Awards and the Third Sector Awards.
The Student Social Mobility Awards are organised by upReach to showcase the achievements of undergraduates from lower socio-economic backgrounds from across the UK. The Brilliant Club has been nominated for the Highest Impact Widening Participation Organisation of the Year for our Scholars Programme. The winner will be announced at a ceremony in the House of Lords in London on Thursday 21st July.
The Brilliant Club’s CEO Anne-Marie Canning MBE has also been shortlisted for the Rising Chief Executive category at the Third Sector Awards. The awards are open to charities of all sizes to recognise the achievements of the sector and provide a platform for good practice. Anne-Marie has made the final six in a category designed to highlight the work of chief executives during their first two years in the role. The award ceremony will take place at the end of September in London.
