We’re recruiting!

29 Sep 2020

The Brilliant Club is setting up and recruiting staff for a new programme – the Brilliant Tutoring Programme – to support pupils to make up for lost learning during the Covid school closures. We’re bidding for funding as part of the National Tutoring Programme, and if we’re successful, we’ll need to get a team together and off to a flying start to begin delivering in schools in the new year.

We need passionate, driven and friendly people with experience working in schools or higher education who can build a team, drive sales, manage tutor recruitment, engage with our PhD community, and deliver an excellent programme.  We have roles for those at the beginning of their careers, and roles for people with experience in sales, programme delivery and management.

The Brilliant Club is an award-winning charity and we exist to increase the number of pupils from underrepresented backgrounds progressing to highly-selective universities.  The barrier to this progression is made even higher by Covid learning loss, so we’re determined to deliver a programme which helps pupils to overcome it.

If, like us, you’re dedicated to helping students to make up the learning lost as a result of school closures this year, we’d love to hear from you.

We will only make final offers for these roles if our funding is confirmed, which we will know by the end of October.

Details of all our vacancies can be found on our careers page, here.
