I am sure that [our participants'] passion to enthuse students and excel within the teaching profession will continue to go beyond their RIS years and, consequently, this can be seen as a true testament to the programme’s success.

Luke and Rachel are absolutely dynamite. I can’t wait to see how the project outcomes can be disseminated into practice across the school - especially metacognition as this is a development priority for us.
[Our participant] Ella has always been an exceptionally reflective practitioner, considering feedback in depth and exactly how that might affect her practice. Taking this through her first year and now into her NQT year, Ella has transitioned into a valued member of the team, taking on extra pastoral responsibilities voluntarily across the school in addition to her increased maths timetable.
