The Experience Experts Panel (EEP) is our youth advisory panel, which meets four times a year and is chaired by our young trustee, Hannah Chukwu. Because our Brilliant Club Ambassadors are eligible to sit on the EEP, the panel allows us to test our approach on strategic challenges collaboratively with young people who have experienced our programmes. This way, we ensure we are including their voices when planning the wealth of new activity which will spring out of the new Join the Club Strategy.
Recently, the EEP have contributed their ideas about what changes to the education system Labour should make if they are elected in the next General Election. They have also provided insight into how we can increase engagement with our Join the Dots programme among undergraduate students and parents/carers.
It has been a complete honour to work with the Experience Experts Panel at the Brilliant Club. They are such a passionate, wise, thoughtful group of people, who care deeply about our mission of access and success. As Young Trustee - and the link between our young advisors and our Trustee Board - I have loved sharing their excellent ideas and reflections with the wider board, and their contributions have been invaluable to our decisions and direction as an organisation.
