Careers at The Brilliant Club

We advertise new roles as and when they become available. However, we are always open to enquiries from prospective applicants.

We would love to hear from people who are passionate about improving educational opportunities for pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds, as well as being committed to our values:

  1. We get to a solution.
  2. We seek and act on the best data available.
  3. We understand that little things go a long way.

We believe that having a great team and working culture is the most important ingredient in the charity’s success, and we are always looking to add to that with great people. You can find out more about working at The Brilliant Club here.

We are proud to have been listed on both The Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profits 2019 and 2020, and The Sunday Times 75 Best Small Companies to Work For in London 2019 and 2020 indexes. We are excited to add to our inspirational team.

We mobilise the PhD community to support students who are less advantaged to access the most competitive universities and succeed when they get there. We think it is important that our charity reflects the lived experience of the communities we work with, and we want to be an organisation where employees from any background can thrive. We particularly welcome applications from disabled, Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic, Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Trans, Non-binary (LGBTQ+) candidates, and candidates from low-income families.

You can find out more about Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at The Brilliant Club here.
