Want to join the team?

The Brilliant Club advertises specific roles as and when they become available, however, we are always open to enquiries from prospective applicants.

We would love to hear from people who are passionate about improving educational opportunities for pupils from underrepresented backgrounds, as well as being committed to our values:

  1.   We get to a solution.
  2.   We seek and act on the best data available.
  3.   We understand that little things go a long way.

We believe that having a great team and working culture is the most important ingredient in the charity’s success, and we are always looking to add to that with great people.

Listed on both The Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profits 2019 and 2020 and The Sunday Times 75 Best Small Companies to Work For in London 2019 and 2020 indexes, we are excited to add to our inspirational team.

The Brilliant Club exists to increase the number of pupils from underrepresented backgrounds progressing to highly-selective universities. We think it is important that our charity reflects the lived experience of our beneficiaries, and we want to be an organisation where employees from any background can thrive. We particularly welcome applications from disabled, Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME), Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Trans including non-binary (LGBT+) candidates, and candidates from low income families. These groups are currently underrepresented at The Brilliant Club and we’d like your help to change that.

Do you want to support young people from underrepresented backgrounds to progress to highly-selective universities?

We welcome speculative CVs and interest in future opportunities. Please email our Recruitment Team to get in touch.
