Celebrating Sunday Times success

20 Feb 2020

For the second consecutive year, The Brilliant Club has placed in The Sunday Times and Best Companies Top 100 Not-For-Profits to work for list. The charity ranked in third place in the list, which was announced at an awards ceremony in London on 19 February.

To appear on the list, companies must rank in the top 100 scores on the Best Companies Index, which is based on a survey of all staff. For the second year running, The Brilliant Club received the highest rating of three stars in the Index.

Chief Operating Officer for The Brilliant Club, Ciara Lynch, said: “We are delighted to have come in third place in the Top 100 list. The charity has a commitment to employee engagement which includes gathering and listening to feedback, collaboration and investment in the health and well-being of our team members. To have received three-star accreditation for the second successive year is testament to the efforts of everyone involved.”
