Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Caerphilly, Cambridgeshire, County Durham, Cumbria, Derbyshire, East Riding of Yorkshire, Essex, Greater London, Hertfordshire, Kent, North Yorkshire, Northamptonshire, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Staffordshire, Surrey, Warwickshire, West Midlands and Worcestershire.
We are not currently recruiting in any other areas. Our second round of applications opens in September, and we will be accepting candidates from a wider range of locations.

For Join the Dots, we are currently accepting applications from researchers at: Birkbeck, University of London, Bournemouth University, King’s College London, Durham University, Bristol University, Portsmouth University, Westminster University, and Queen Mary, University of London.
If your application is successful, you’ll need to prepare for the interview, which includes pre-shared questions and a role-play activity involving preparing and delivering a short mini tutorial on an aspect of your research.
Last year, we received over 1300 applications and interviewed more than 700 candidates. However, around 31% of candidates withdrew before attending their interview, most commonly due to not booking an interview slot or not attending.
To ensure our interview slots are available for engaged candidates, please only apply if you’re able to fully engage with the assessment process.
